We charge a fixed, disclosed 12% management fee while you pay the actual project costs directly. This creates better visibility, stronger financial control, and a structure where we are incentivized to help you build smarter — not spend more.

Simply put: nothing hidden, nothing inflated.

How does payments work?

Payments to suppliers and vendors are made directly by you on a bill basis for complete transparency throughout the project.

This means you always have visibility into where your money is going, what materials are being purchased, and how costs are allocated.

Renga’s 10% management fee is paid separately in agreed phases throughout the project based on project progress and milestones.

What if material prices increase?

Material prices can fluctuate due to market conditions, supplier pricing changes, import costs, and other third-party factors beyond project control.

When this happens, our role is to help you source the best possible materials at the most reasonable market rates while maintaining quality standards. We always focus on balancing cost efficiency with long-term durability and build quality.

Our transparent approach ensures you are informed before major purchasing decisions are made.

Who buys materials?

You have flexibility based on what works best for you.

You can either:

  • Purchase materials directly yourself, or
  • Have Renga connect and coordinate with trusted suppliers on your behalf.

In both cases, the process remains transparent, and you maintain visibility over material selection, pricing, and supplier coordination.

What if project delays happen?

Project timelines are carefully planned and managed, but delays can occasionally happen under specific circumstances.

The two main causes are:

  • Delays in required payments or approvals
  • Force majeure events — extraordinary situations beyond anyone’s control, such as severe weather conditions, government restrictions, shortages, or other unforeseeable events

Renga works proactively to minimize delays through structured planning, coordination, and continuous project monitoring throughout the execution process.
